A Technical Support Engineer is required to provide support to users of email marketing software and inbound email management solutions.You will have skills in HTML, email management, reporting and SQL. Familiarity with Linux (Red Hat) operating system build and configure, Kernel configuration, hardware driver configuration and some knowledge of TCP*IP network set up configure (Linux boxes, routers,etc), Firewall configuration and support (Linux based) along with set up configuration and support of open source applications such as Apache (web server) , PostGres (Relational Database), Qmail (Email Send*Receive Engine). Linux operating system security upgrades. You will be able to prepare and present user and technical training sessions. Degree educated , ideally with 1-2 years industrial experience in support in a similar technical environment. Product training will be given and an opportunity to progress in growing company.
